We are a growing Oral Surgery Specialty Group looking to add top notch patient care coordinators to our Tampa location(s). This position is our first and most important point of contact with our patients and referring offices. We are looking for kind, friendly and dependable people who have excellent communication skills.
Candidates must be professional, friendly, reliable, teachable, efficient, accurate and honest. A general working knowledge of Dentistry and/or Oral Surgery is required. Candidates must be a team player with excellent organizational and communications skills. Must be able to navigate multiple computer applications and efficient with multiple phone lines. High level of accuracy and accountability needed.
Experience with WinOMS, Microsoft Word and Excel are a plus!

Requirements and Responsibilities

- Front desk experience in a dental office or 12 months + dental call center experience preferred

- Communicate in a professional manner with empathy to the patients
- Experienced with the ability to navigate multiple computer applications
- Verify insurance data
- Entering new patient registration, including demographics and insurance information
- Entering new referral provider information and demographics
- High level of accuracy, accountability and attention to detail
