Recruiter – Financial Services Division

Onsite in Miami (5x per week)

Our client is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its Financial Services Talent Acquisition team on a leave coverage assignment. This role will support high-volume hiring efforts across mortgage, title, escrow, and financial services operations.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of agency and corporate recruiting experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication, relationship-building, and candidate management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition intake through offer stage.
  • Recruit for a variety of positions including Loan Officers, Loan Officer Associates, Production Managers, Escrow Officers, Title professionals, and other financial services roles.
  • Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, databases, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations to identify top talent.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Present qualified candidates and coordinate the interview process.
  • Assist with offer negotiations and candidate closing efforts.
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment practices and company policies.
  • Provide a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting within mortgage, title, escrow, banking, financial services, or related industries strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage high-volume requisition loads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management abilities.
  • Professional presence with a polished and customer-service-oriented approach.
  • Experience working in both agency and corporate recruiting environments is highly preferred.
  • Workday experience is a plus.
