Key Responsibilities
Assist Spanish-speaking customers with vehicle rental bookings, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, and live chat channels within the travel industry environment.
Provide expert guidance on available vehicle categories, rental terms, insurance options, and pricing to ensure customers make confident, informed decisions.
Handle customer inquiries related to travel itineraries, pick-up and drop-off locations, and cross-border travel regulations with accuracy and professionalism.
Process reservations and payments using internal booking and CRM systems, ensuring all customer data is recorded correctly and securely.
Resolve customer complaints, escalations, and service disruptions swiftly and empathetically, maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with travel partners, airport desks, and third-party service providers to ensure smooth rental operations and customer handovers.
Upsell and cross-sell additional travel and vehicle-related services such as GPS navigation, child seats, and comprehensive insurance packages where appropriate.
Stay up to date with travel industry trends, seasonal promotions, and fleet availability to deliver timely and relevant information to customers.
