Location: Onsite (Location to be Provided)
Employment Type: W2 Contract – 12 Month contract with possibility for extensions
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00- $22.50/hr

Role Overview
BEPC is seeking a detail-oriented Assembler Associate II to support aseptic filling and labeling operations for a leading customer in a regulated manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for operating, setting up, cleaning, and monitoring filling and labeling equipment while maintaining strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and quality procedures. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, is committed to quality and safety, and can effectively multitask while maintaining accurate documentation and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, set up, shut down, and clean aseptic filling equipment within an ISO 7 cleanroom environment.
- Operate, set up, shut down, and clean multiple labeling and inspection systems within a Controlled Non-Classified (CNC) production area.
- Monitor production equipment, clear minor jams, and minimize downtime to maintain production efficiency.
- Perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished products and production materials.
- Complete production work orders and maintain accurate electronic and paper documentation.
- Report equipment malfunctions, product concerns, and quality issues immediately.
- Follow established GMP procedures, SOPs, and safety requirements without deviation.
- Maintain production materials and replenish supplies as needed.
- Safely operate production equipment while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform basic calculations and data entry using Microsoft Office, SAP, and other production software.
- Communicate effectively with production teams, supervisors, and support departments.
- Support production activities outside of assigned work areas as needed.
- Demonstrate accountability for individual and team performance while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Previous experience working in an ISO-compliant manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing required PPE, including hood, coveralls, shoe covers, and other protective garments.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, data entry, and inventory systems.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
