Senior Director of Philanthropy YMCA of Delaware Association Resource Center (Downtown Wilmington)

The Senior Director of Philanthropy is a core member of the YMCA of Delaware's development team, responsible for managing the Annual Giving program, building the systems, tools, and training that help branch staff and volunteers fundraise effectively, and supporting our capital campaign operations. You'll work at the intersection of campaign execution, donor stewardship, and organizational capacity, partnering closely with the Chief Development Officer, Community Executive Directors, and branch teams to ensure consistent, well-supported fundraising efforts across the Association. This role manages ongoing annual giving operations and will support the operational backbone of our capital campaigns, working in close partnership with the Chief Development Officer on strategy and execution.
