The Role

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Material Handler to join our production team. In this role, you'll be responsible for locating, pulling, verifying, and preparing raw material for our manufacturing operations — making sure the right material gets to the right place, every time.

What You'll Do

• Locate and safely pull material for work orders using material handling equipment (forklift, shear, etc.)
• Verify material size using calipers and confirm it meets quality standards
• Track and manage "Heat" and "Lot" numbers to ensure proper material identification
• Keep materials organized by grade and location
• Read and follow work orders, including special handling instructions
• Efficiently handle and shear material; discard scrap according to template
• Perform set-up, first-piece, and subsequent inspections per AS9100 standards
• Process and receive inbound material shipments
• Accurately complete router paperwork and clock in/out for each operation
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow all safety rules and procedures

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. Overtime as needed.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• 1–3 months of related experience or training preferred
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide; ratios and percentages)
• Comfortable using measuring tools such as calipers
• Willingness to learn ProfitFab manufacturing software (training provided)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and a safety-first mindset
