Office Service Coordinator

The Office Service Coordinator plays a vital role in creating a professional, efficient, and hospitality-driven workplace environment. This position serves as a central point of contact for employees, clients, and vendors, ensuring that daily office operations are conducted smoothly while consistently adhering to SPS service standards.

What You'll Do:

Reception Front-of-House Services

Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.

Oversee visitor check-ins, badges, and security protocols.

Maintain a polished and organized reception area.

Office Operations Facilities

Coordinate with vendors, including cleaning, maintenance, and supply partners.

Monitor and follow up on maintenance requests and facility issues.

Support office relocations and workstation setups.

Manage inventory of office and pantry supplies.

Workplace Experience

Ensure meeting rooms and shared spaces are fully functional and prepared for guests.

Support meetings, events, and employee engagement initiatives.

Collaborate with Facilities, IT, and Security teams.

Vendor Service Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact for building management and vendors.

Coordinate work orders and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Escalate service issues as necessary.

Administrative Support

Assist with office projects and operational initiatives.

Track expenses and support the purchasing process.

Maintain service logs and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation.

What We're Looking For:

2–4 years of experience in office services, hospitality, or facilities coordination.

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace systems.

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This role is site-based and may require standing, walking, and occasional lifting. Flexibility may be necessary for events or extended hours.

The expected compensation is an estimate, and the final offer will depend on skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
