Key Responsibilities Manage and organize client appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Client Services team. Handle incoming client inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional responses. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system. Prepare and distribute client-related documents, reports, and correspondence. Coordinate internal meetings and collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met. Assist with the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. Process client onboarding documentation and ensure all required information is collected. Manage office supplies and maintain an organized and efficient workspace. Support the Client Services team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent service and communication. Requirements Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a client-facing role or the financial services industry. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all work.
