We are looking for a sharp, highly adaptable, and proactive Executive Assistant to jump in on-site and support two of our C-Suite executives. Job Details
- Location: Plantation, FL (On-site)
- Pay Rate: $35.00 - $42.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
- Job Type: Full-time, temp to hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support for two C-Suite executives.
- Manage complex executive calendars, meeting preparations, and international travel arrangements, including coordinating flights, accommodations, and itinerary logistics.
- Coordinate daily executive lunches and run errands as requested.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience supporting C-Suite executives with a heavy focus on complex international travel.
- Visa Expertise: Hands-on experience navigating international travel logistics, including compiling documentation and processing travel visas.

Responsibilities
- Support two C-level executives by managing daily administrative workflows and high-priority tasks.
- Drafted and prepared professional documents, ranging from internal memos and reports to client invoices.
- Coordinated executive schedules, international/domestic travel logistics, and meeting agendas.
- Handled essential office management duties, including record-keeping, light bookkeeping, and catering.
- Facilitated daily executive luncheon logistics and executed time-sensitive errands.
