Summary

At Imperial, we sell, distribute, and service General Merchandise, Seasonal Products, and Health/Beauty/Wellness Products to our customers. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, moves, and cuts open cases of product within or near the work site. After product is cut open, you would place the stock on the corresponding shelves by reviewing UPC codes.

Schedule

4 nights, 10-hour shift from 8:30pm to 7:00am

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Read carton labels or follow verbal requests to ascertain cases to be moved.
• Cut open cases of product with knife cutter provided.
• Ensure accurate cutting and stocking of items, verify condition, style, SKU#, quantity, and serial numbers of items.
• Match carton label to rack label and load materials from work station onto racks in appropriate slots.
• Count and record number of cases cut and stocked on daily production sheet.
• Stack or assemble materials not used onto carts.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills – able to log in and use a password, follow simple instructions.
• Previous experience helpful; one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.
• Ability to write and speak simple sentences in English.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
• General housekeeping of work area.
