## Real Estate Agent, Washington

Join Redfin as a Real Estate Agent and tap into the platform and support that help top-producing agents grow. Our site draws 52 million monthly visitors and 600 million luxury listing views each year, and agents receive Redfin-generated customers in addition to business they bring themselves.

Listed compensation includes a salary figure of $30,000 (yearly). This is a commission-based role with unlimited upside: commissions in this role are expected to range from $30,000-$1,250,000. On average, agents make $165,000, but there is uncapped potential.

You will be supported by technology and people designed to help you win more clients. Redfin provides a proprietary CRM to help manage your pipeline and alerts when someone might be ready to move. Our inside sales team qualifies opportunities and books them on your calendar. You will also have a dedicated transaction coordinator, a listing coordinator, and a team of showing agents who handle details like showing appointments and logistics.

We invest in marketing and lead generation on your behalf. Planned ad spending for 2025 is $65M, which equates to roughly $31k per existing agent, on top of the other ways we drive client demand. Redfin.com customers: you can expect 100 new customers each year from Redfin in addition to clients from your own sphere.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Active and unrestricted real estate license.
  • Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market.
  • Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; related real estate experience (including prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity) is also acceptable.
  • A proven track record of winning web leads and clients, closing deals and earning referral business.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfort with and embrace of technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently.

What you get in practical terms: zero agent fees for many business costs (we pay state license and MLS dues, association fees, mileage, cell phone plan, and more). Healthcare, retirement, and other benefits are provided: medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account, health savings account, life and disability insurance, fertility benefits, commuter benefits, Employee Assistance Programs, and a 401(k) employer match. Redfin agents also enjoy flexible vacation.

There are additional incentives and recognition for high performers: in-year accelerators that can unlock higher commissions for the remainder of the year when a sales volume threshold is reached; President's Club international trips; eligibility for stock grants; and exclusive access to represent clients buying and selling high-priced homes through our luxury brand.

Location and hiring details: this posting is for Washington - 2001 S Street NW Field Site, United States of America. Redfin accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
