We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and engaging caregiver to provide companionship and support to a young adult with intellectual disabilities. This is a meaningful opportunity for someone who enjoys building positive relationships and helping others live fulfilling, happy lives.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and will approach the role with patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in being a supportive companion and mentor.
Responsibility:
Provide companionship and social engagement
Assist with daily living and life-skills activities
Read books together, work on puzzles, and participate in recreational activity
Part-time, 3 to 6 and 6 to 9-30 or 10 p.m. (M-F), and Mondays 9 a.m. to 3 a.m. , and weekend hours available as wellJob basics
How often: Full timeHourly rate: $18.00 - $25.00/hourWho we're looking for
