Custodian​/Groundskeeper

Position: Custodian/Groundskeeper (Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm)

Maintenance Technician

Responsible for performing general maintenance duties throughout the center.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates and abides by the Company Core Values and the operating principles.
• Assists in the relocation of center equipment and furniture.
• Performs minor building construction tasks.
• Performs interior and exterior center janitorial, building maintenance and grounds keeping assignments
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum:

High school diploma or GED. Ability to read and write English. Six months experience, to include transportation and/or building maintenance.

Preferred:

One year or more work-related experience.

Knowledge:

Must possess a valid State driver's license. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/FA certification. Ability to operate power tools.
