Shop Laborer

**Express is seeking a Shop Laborer for a Manufacturing position in Blairsville, PA!**

We're looking for dependable individuals to join a versatile manufacturing team producing a wide range of products used across multiple industries, including medical equipment and industrial components. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and grow within a company.

Shift

• Training on 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: Tuesday-Friday, 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Shift differentials offered upon full-time hire

Job Duties Of The Shop Laborer

• Grind, deburr, and prep metal parts for production
• Hang parts for painting and assist with paint prep processes
• Perform basic assembly of components and finished products
• Work with a variety of products including medical equipment and industrial components
• Assist in different areas of the facility as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Other duties as required

Qualifications Of The Shop Laborer

• High school diploma or GED
• Attention to detail and safety
• Reliability
• Previous manufacturing or shop experience preferred
• Ability to read basic measurements or blueprints is a plus
• Willingness to learn and train on multiple processes
• Ability to bend, lift, twist, crouch, etc.
