Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment and systems to ensure optimal production efficiency. Your technical expertise and proactive approach will help minimize downtime, improve safety standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment using schematics, electrical blueprints, and technical manuals to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot electrical diagnostics issues, including high voltage and low voltage systems, utilizing tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters.
- Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, diagnosing issues with troubleshooting techniques for pneumatic systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, engineering troubleshooting documents, and maintenance manuals to identify root causes of equipment failures.
- Operate industrial tools such as welding equipment (including welding), scissors lifts, and other field service machinery safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in manufacturing facilities with a strong understanding of industrial maintenance practices.
- Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, and electrical blueprint interpretation.
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems, HVAC troubleshooting, and familiarity with HVAC/R certifications is preferred.
- Skilled in welding techniques, including welding, with the ability to perform repairs on metal structures or components.
- Experience operating precision measuring instruments such as calipers or micrometers for accurate repairs.
- Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with industrial electrician experience; ability to troubleshoot pneumatic systems and high voltage electrical issues.
- Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and engineering troubleshooting documents effectively.
- Excellent analysis skills with a focus on problem-solving in fast-paced environments; customer service orientation is a plus.
- Valid certification in industrial electrician work or related fields; military background is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English; safety-conscious mindset with the ability to work at heights using equipment like scissor lifts safely.

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
