What You’ll Do
- Manage the full lifecycle of freight shipments for both existing and new customers
- Build strong relationships by communicating daily with customers and carriers
- Use our dispatch system to track loads, handle check calls, and keep everything running smoothly
- Provide routing guidance and proactive support to carriers for on-time pickups and deliveries
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and management to grow accounts, hit weekly financial targets, and deliver outstanding service
- Support pricing, customer service, and load planning initiatives
