Whether you are just getting started or already licensed and looking for more closings, better support, and stronger systems, this is an opportunity to build your business in a brokerage focused on training, mentorship, accountability, and growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Depending on your experience level and business focus, responsibilities may include:

  • Working with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, investors, and/or commercial clients
  • Generating leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, social media, open houses, and relationship-based follow-up
  • Conducting client consultations and needs assessments
  • Performing property searches and market research
  • Hosting and attending showings, listing appointments, and open houses
  • Preparing and presenting offers, listing presentations, and contracts
  • Negotiating terms and guiding clients through escrow or closing
  • Managing your sales pipeline and maintaining follow-up with prospects and active clients
  • Building your personal database and long-term book of business
  • Participating in training, coaching, and office growth opportunities

For those currently in real estate school, this opportunity may also include:

  • Learning foundational lead generation strategies
  • Exposure to daily agent activities and business-building systems
  • Training to help prepare for a strong launch once licensed

Qualifications

  • Active California Real Estate License (preferred for licensed agent roles)
  • OR currently enrolled in real estate school / planning to become licensed soon
  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to the office as needed
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment
