Kia Journeyman Technician - $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for Top Technicians!

Berman Auto Group is building the largest Kia dealership in Illinois , with our brand-new, state-of-the-art Chicago facility projected to be complete in 2027 .

What's Coming:

Brand-new, state-of-the-art facility

30+ service bays

Union-represented shop once we move to Chicago

Until then: You'll work from our newly remodeled dealership in Niles while helping us build the future of Berman Kia.

Compensation:

$46–$50 per booked hour - Above-industry pay! (based on ASE certifications and manufacturer training)

$20,000 sign-on bonus available for top-qualified technicians

What We're Looking For

Journeyman Technician status or higher required

ASE Certified

Kia/Hyundai specific experience preferred, but not required

Strong diagnostic and repair skills across all major vehicle systems

Experience using manufacturer diagnostic equipment and software

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
