Job description
Ballyhoo is looking to hire a part-time grill and prep cook. We are open seven days a week for lunch, dinner and late night. This position requires the ability to work mostly independently within a small team environment. We are hiring for evening/night shifts. Sundays are a must.
An ideal candidate will have experience with knife skills, recipe reading, cooking temps and techniques, and general kitchen health and safety protocols.
Position includes:
-Prep of all ingredients and products. We make everything in house, from scratch.
-Dishwashing and cleaning
-Inventory and quality checks
-Uphold establishment standards and food/ health safety standards
-Cooking food to order for guests while working the line/grill
Must be responsible, honest, organized, self sufficient, and driven. We have high standards and expect every employee to meet them.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
