Behind the scenes, the Entry Level Account Manager ensures every step of the customer journey runs with precision.

As an Entry Level Account Manager, you’ll learn to lead with both knowledge and nuance. Starting with AT&T’s mobile solutions, the Entry Level Account Manager advances through skills in client retention, performance analysis, and service quality; preparing them to guide teams and grow within the sales organization.

Role Requirements for an Entry Level Account Manager

  • Meet with customers to discuss AT&T wireless products, devices, and service plans
  • Assist with new account activations, upgrades, and plan changes
  • Answer customer questions and provide solutions based on their needs
  • Maintain accurate customer account information and documentation
  • Learn sales, customer service, and account management fundamentals
  • Support team goals and contribute to a positive customer experience
  • Assist with training and onboarding new team members as you grow within the role
  • Work closely with leadership to develop communication, leadership, and business skills.

Pay: $3,700.00 - $5,200.00 per month
