HIM Tech I

Responsible for various clerical duties within HIM department to include: answering the phone, scanning and indexing documents into the electronic medical record promptly to ensure a complete medical record is readily available, completion of correspondence and release of information both internally and externally, outpatient electronic record deficiency analysis and follow-up for completion.
