This full-time, contract opportunity offers you the chance to work as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a manageable caseload of approximately 45 students. Your expertise will directly contribute to the growth and success of K-12 learners during the 2026-2027 academic year.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, student-centered setting, providing essential speech and language services across five days a week, 37.5 hours weekly. The assignment begins August 3, 2026, and wraps up on May 21, 2027, giving you consistency and stability throughout the school year.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Georgia SLP license (active and in good standing)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Demonstrated experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Comfort working with students in grades K-12
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of approximately 45 students
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals and success
- Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing school initiatives
