After School Site Director- Schertz/ Cibolo Area

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The After School Site Director is responsible for developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with school district personnel (i.e. principal, teachers). Will adhere to the child care policies and the goals of the YMCA, and directs each site in accordance with the mission statement of the YMCA of San Antonio and the standards of all regulatory agencies.
