Location: Tucson, AZ

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM & Friday, 7 AM-11 AM

Looking for a hands-on role in a manufacturing lab where precision, consistency, and quality matter? Join our team as a Manufacturing Lab Technician and support product testing, quality control, and material development in a fast-paced production environment.

Manufacturing Lab Technician Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and standardized processes.
• Comfortable working in a lab and/or manufacturing environment.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Basic lab or QC experience (scales, ovens, mixers, sieving equipment) preferred.
• Coursework or degree in chemistry, materials science, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with composites, resins, coatings, or filler materials is a plus.

Manufacturing Lab Technician Job Duties:

• Perform routine quality control testing on raw materials and finished products.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and approved test methods.
• Record, document, and report test data accurately and consistently.
• Assist with product development and material evaluations.
• Support production teams with troubleshooting and quality-related issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lab environment.
