Now hiring Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical aptitude and electrical knowledge to perform preventative maintenance checks and troubleshoot industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience and be proficient in reading electrical schematics and understanding hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance checks on corrugating machines.
  • Troubleshoot and repair breakers, compressors, and rotary machinery.
  • Work as part of a preventive maintenance team.
  • Use volt meter effectively.
  • Understand and work with 3 phase motors, hydraulic systems, and schematics.
  • Proficiently read electrical schematics.
  • Understand pneumatics and work with cylinder machines and automated machines with PLCs.

Work Environment

The role is based in a non-climate controlled manufacturing and production environment, offering the chance to work alongside experienced mechanics on a dedicated maintenance team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.80 - $38.44/hr.
