The Role
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under PT supervision
- Carry out goal-driven treatment plans focused on mobility, balance, strength, and independence
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Contribute to a therapy culture built on autonomy, accountability, and teamwork
