Our Butler office is seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative/Teller to join our team. The CSR/Teller will be responsible for handling routine financial transactions, providing exceptional service, and promoting bank products and services to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their banking needs
Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other transactions accurately
Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily
Handle inquiries regarding bank accounts, products, and services
Refer customers to appropriate bank personnel for more complex issues or needs
Identify opportunities to promote banking products (e.g., savings accounts, credit cards, loans)
Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and federal regulations
Safeguard customer information and maintain confidentiality
Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
Assist with branch operations and administrative tasks as needed
