Job Title: Graphic Designer & Web Developer

Job Type: Full-time (Remote)

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor

Compensation: Up to AUD 2,400 per month (depending on experience)

Experience: 4-7+ years of experience in graphic design, web development, or digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment

The client is one of Australia's leading home cleaning service providers, connecting homeowners with trusted professional cleaners nationwide. Their marketing team is focused on strengthening the brand through high-quality creative assets, engaging landing pages, and effective digital campaigns that drive customer acquisition and business growth.

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically capable Graphic Designer and Web Developer to support a wide range of digital marketing initiatives. This role combines graphic design with hands-on website updates, landing page development, and email marketing execution.

The ideal candidate has agency experience, strong design skills, and the ability to bring creative concepts to life while maintaining brand consistency across digital channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality visual assets and optimise the customer experience across web and marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including Meta advertisements, display banners, and social media graphics

Create and update landing pages and website content using WordPress

Design and build email campaigns using Mailchimp

Produce artwork for paid advertising, social media, and local area marketing campaigns

Maintain visual consistency across all digital and marketing materials

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts from brief through to final delivery

Assist with website improvements and user experience enhancements

Support the implementation of website tracking and analytics where required

Ensure projects are delivered accurately and within agreed timeframes
