Purpose & Scope

Assist in the accounting and financial management of Sargent Companies including general ledger reconciliation, month-end and year-end reporting, financial and SOX audits. Perform detailed budget analysis and tax reporting. Process and reconcile intercompany transactions and allocation of corporate spending.
