Job Overview

As a Field Service Rep, you'll run an established route across the north Oklahoma City area in a Ford Transit that's a fully stocked mobile warehouse. You pull up, walk in, restock the shelves, solve whatever problem the shop is having that day, and deliver product on the spot — no "I'll get back to you next week." Your accounts know your name. Your job is to take care of them so well that the route grows: bigger orders from current customers, new product lines on their shelves, and new accounts you bring on along the way. It's about 70% service, 30% sales — relationships first, revenue follows.

You are who we are looking for if.......

  • You notice the shelf is running low before the customer does.
  • You've never been able to just "do the route" — you keep finding ways to do it better, and it bugs you when others don't.
  • You can shake hands with someone covered in cutting fluid and feel right at home on a shop floor.
  • When a manager coaches you, you actually change how you work — and you can name a time that happened.
  • You believe the best sales pitch is six months of showing up and taking care of people.

Your week looks like....

  • Drive a set route servicing existing accounts: restock vendor-managed inventory, deliver product from your van, demo new items, and handle problems same-day.
  • Grow your territory: expand product lines with current customers and prospect new accounts on and around your route.
  • Lift and carry product (25–50 lbs) on customer calls — this is a physical, on-your-feet job, not a desk job.
  • Keep your inventory, billing, and customer records straight in our ERP/CRM (we'll train you; you bring the discipline).
  • Open to Travel: flexibility is key as there is some out-of-town, overnight travel required and we want to be upfront about that. The majority of the time though, you're home every night.

Job Qualifications

  • A valid driver's license with an excellent driving record (you're in a company vehicle all day — this one's non-negotiable).
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug test.

A plus, not a requirement: route sales, counter sales, DSD, industrial, or MRO distribution experience.
