Make a Meaningful Difference Every Day

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Complete accurate daily documentation
• Follow individualized care plans while maintaining company policies and safety standards

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license REQUIRED
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Ability to work independently and provide exceptional client-centered care
