As a Music Teacher, you will teach music lessons following the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum. Your role involves growing the student base, ensuring each learner advances, loves playing music, and contributing to our values of integrity, inclusion, passion for music, and respectful culture.

As a Music Teacher, you will influence:
Store Environment & Excellence:
- Collaborate with the store's Lessons Lead to plan and maintain the student roster based on community needs.
- Educate students using the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
- Support customer service tasks as necessary, fostering long-term student relationships through positive experiences.
- Fulfill additional duties when assigned.
Engagement with Students & Parents:
- Communicate regularly with students and families, forming strong, trusting connections.
- Value the insights parents bring as their child’s educator.
- Provide updates on students’ progress.
- Frequently discuss students' and parents' goals and achievements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Music, Education, or a related area.
- Ability to teach instruments they are proficient in, such as Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.
- Strong skills in demonstrating competence and expertise in their teaching specialty.
