Provide compassionate support to adults experiencing a mental health crisis in an 8-bed residential facility. Help residents build daily living skills, navigate recovery, and maintain a safe, welcoming home-like environment. Full-time 2nd shift (2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.), including every other weekend.
