Role and Responsibilities of Packaging Quality Inspector:

As a Packaging Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in maintaining product quality standards through comprehensive inspection processes. Your primary focus will be ensuring materials and packaging meet all quality requirements while maintaining accurate documentation.

• Inspect materials and packaging to confirm they meet quality criteria
• Maintain the precision of documentation records by fulfilling daily quality assurance report duties
• Inspect merchandise for any defects in quality and failure to conform to specified guidelines
• Employ calibrated instruments like calipers and micrometers for precise measurements in testing
• Inspect and understand blueprints and schematics to ensure compliance with quality criteria
• Comply with safety standards and consistently follow prescribed protocols

Required Skills and Experience of Packaging Quality Inspector:

• Able to lift loads of up to 35 pounds (moderate lifting capability)
• Mastering the reading of blueprints and schematics is a valuable proficiency
• Proficient in bilingual capabilities with a focus on English and Spanish
• The evaluation of items for both quality assurance and the detection of defects is a critical element in the product inspection protocol
• Facility with measuring devices such as calipers and micrometers
• Demonstrates a rigorous focus on particulars and skilled in problem-solving techniques
• Steadiness and adaptability in the way tasks are handled
