Customer Retention Specialist

Moxie Pest Control is growing fast! With growth comes the need for superior leadership and vision. We are looking for Account Managers to provide accurate, clear and concise info to our customers, resulting in better expectations and understanding of the work, leading to higher customer satisfaction and retention. Your #1 job will be to retain customers who request to cancel services.

Our office has a very upbeat, FUN environment. We have frequent office games with fun prizes (games, team lunches, and incentives). In addition to this we also offer a soda/coffee bar, and monthly gym memberships. We are growing fast and would like for YOU to be the leading voice of Moxie.

Responsibilities:

• Speak to customers requesting to cancel services and SAVE them!
• Speak to dissatisfied customers and HELP them!
• Inbound and outbound phone calls
• Data entry and updating of customer database
• Day-to-day reporting
• Sales calls

*This is a full-time position, schedule: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm (M-F with rotating Saturdays)

*Sales experience is a big plus but not required. We will train the right person!

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
