As a Security Officer Visitor Intake based in Omaha, NE, you will play a crucial role in maintaining security and promoting a professional atmosphere at a commercial real estate location. This full-time position offers a competitive pay rate of $19.00 per hour, with scheduled hours during the evening shifts from Wednesday through Sunday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. In this stationary role, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, monitoring access points, supporting daily front desk operations, and providing outstanding customer service and communication.

Your presence will help deter unauthorized access and ensure safety for tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies. You will assist with visitor check-in processes, verify access permissions, document activity, and respond to incidents or emergencies calmly and effectively. • Have at least 6 months of security-related experience
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet
• Have customer service experience
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Undergo a background investigation as per federal, state, and local laws
• Submit to a drug screening in accordance with legal allowances
• Obtain any required licensing prior to employment
• Hold a valid driver’s license if the position requires driving
