Job Overview

Shoe Palace is seeking Retail Sales Associates to provide an outstanding shopping experience for our customers and support growth at our stores. We offer part‑time and full‑time positions.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
• Meet and greet customers, provide product knowledge, and assist with purchases.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized store environment.
• Run around the store, including climbing ladders and handling athletic shoes.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old (16+ with appropriate work permits).
• Open availability during weekends.
• Fun, outgoing, and confident talking to everyone naturally.
• Prior customer service experience preferred; experience selling athletic shoes a plus.

Pay

Pay Range: $17.87 - $17.87 per hour.
