Duties
- Assist director of operations with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and preparing documents
- Engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, and facilitate property maintenance
- Support marketing initiatives by creating promotional materials, updating listings, and managing online property platforms
- Coordinate client meetings to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property details in compliance with real estate law and fair housing regulations
- Conduct market research to support pricing strategies and identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure all administrative aspects of property leasing and sales are handled efficiently
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate deals that benefit clients and the agency
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities to serve diverse clients effectively
- Knowledge of marketing strategies specific to real estate to attract potential buyers or tenants
- Proven customer service experience with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Familiarity with real estate law, fair housing regulations, and property management practices
- Organizational skills that enable multitasking across administrative duties, client interactions, and marketing campaigns
- Previous experience in real estate administration or property management is highly desirable
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment while maintaining attention to detail
