Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries for German speaking customer through phone, chat and/or email.
Resolve complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Assist customers in software solutions.
Aid in billing inquiries.
Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve product support and customer service processes.
