Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Domino's Pizza location in Saint Louis, United States! We're seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented leader to help drive our success at 5421 Chippewa. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and developing a high-performing team.
Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence and maintain high product quality standards
Manage daily restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Assist in training and developing team members to meet performance goals
Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving sales and profitability
Handle cash management and daily financial reporting
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Participate in local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities
Step in to perform various roles within the restaurant as needed, demonstrating a hands-on leadership approach
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact with customers
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisions
Proficiency in basic math and inventory management
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older
Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
Food handling certification preferred but not required (training will be provided)
High school diploma or equivalent
Restaurant or food service industry experience is a plus
