The Human Resource (HR) Coordinator at Wondr Nation plays a vital role in supporting the HR department’s functions within a dynamic, remote/hybrid work environment. This role primarily supports and executes HR processes under the direction of the Executive Director of Finance and Administration and HR Generalist. Responsible for assisting with recruiting, onboarding, maintaining team member records, coordinating HR processes, and implementing new HR initiatives. The HR Coordinator helps foster a positive, inclusive company culture and ensures HR compliance across flexible working arrangements. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Must have 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruiting coordination, or HR administration.
