What You’ll Do

• Educate & Guide Patients: Translate prescriptions into clear, personalized vision solutions
• Style with Confidence: Help patients select frames that match both their needs and personal style
• Collaborate with Doctors: Support a seamless, high-end patient experience
• Apply Advanced Optical Skills: Use tools such as lensometers, measurements, and dispensing techniques with confidence
• Drive Results: Combine sales expertise and insurance knowledge to deliver transparent, win-win outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the optical industry (dispensing, optical sales, or related clinical setting)
• ABO Certification required or previously obtained (ABO Certified or ABOC history strongly preferred)

Bonus Experience (Highly Valued):

• Advanced optical dispensing experience
• Insurance verification or billing knowledge
• Experience in a premium or concierge-style optical setting
• Proven track record in patient-facing optical care and sales success
• Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, and digital interactions
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability
• Passion for continued learning, growth, and patient care excellence
