What You'll Earn
$10,000 Signing Bonus for qualified, experienced technicians
Base Salary: $40,000-$60,000 (based on experience)
Total Compensation: $65,000-$100,000+ with performance bonuses, spiffs, and incentives

What You'll Do
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
Perform advanced system testing and inspections
Present repair options and recommendations to customers
Complete high-quality repairs with professionalism and efficiency
Document work, prepare invoices, and collect on-site payments
Work safely within electrical and mechanical code requirements
Troubleshoot low- and high-voltage systems
Apply HVAC sizing and design principles in the field
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call
