We're looking for a Guest Experience Supervisor to help lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences every day.

Your Role in Creating Remarkable Experiences

Partner with the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to build, develop, and train a high-performing team of retail associates.

Ensure smooth front-of-house operations and provide associates with the tools and resources needed to deliver outstanding guest service.

Proactively engage with guests and address questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner.

Support associates in meeting guest needs efficiently while maintaining a "no wait" experience.

Monitor customer flow and open registers as needed to ensure seamless service.

Uphold Dash In brand standards, including guest engagement, cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.

Communicate ordering and inventory needs to the Guest Experience Manager.

Complete additional duties and projects as assigned by the Guest Experience Manager and Sr. Store Manager.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer service environment.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Comfortable using technology, including POS systems and retail software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Active ServSafe Certification preferred.
