POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the full spectrum of HOA management functions including governance support, compliance and covenant enforcement, board relations, vendor management, and operational oversight across a portfolio of assigned communities. This position plays a key role in maintaining high community standards, supporting board leadership, and ensuring projects and services are delivered efficiently and professionally. This position will be responsible for managing 4 new communities in the Dallas, Texas area.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Portfolio & Community Management
- Serve as the primary manager for a portfolio of HOA communities.
- Enforce governing documents including covenant compliance and violations management.
- Conduct routine community inspections and coordinate corrective actions with residents.
- Prepare for and attend board meetings, annual meetings, and special meetings as required.
- Prepare board meeting agendas, management reports, and follow-up action items.
- Work with association boards to implement policies, projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate and monitor vendor contracts and service providers.
- Maintain full oversight of budget preparation, including leading the development, monitoring, and management of association budgets.
- Work closely with accounting to address owner delinquencies and financial reporting.
- Respond to homeowner inquiries and provide high-level customer service to residents and board members.
- Maintain accurate community records, compliance documentation, and operational files.
- Ensure associations operate in compliance with the Texas Property Code and governing documents.
- Conduct regular site visits and property inspections.
- Coordinate vendor services and operational needs across multiple communities.
- Maintain strong relationships with board members and residents within the portfolio.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

1 Day — Response Guarantee
Every board member, resident, vendor, and teammate receives a response within one business day — every time. A response does not require a full resolution; acknowledgment and a follow-up timeline are sufficient. Silence is never acceptable.
3 Days — Fix in Motion
Anything broken, damaged, overgrown, or in disrepair must have a fix in motion within 3 days of being identified. Three days from spotted to moving: vendor dispatched, work scheduled, or issue resolved directly.
30 Days — Board Package
A complete board package is delivered every month, on time, without exception. This includes accurate financials, variance reports, open action items, and vendor updates. The board package is the foundation of board trust — late or incomplete packages are not acceptable.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3–5 years of HOA community management experience.
- Experience managing a portfolio of associations.
- Familiarity with the Texas Property Code and Texas HOA governance procedures.
- Experience coordinating vendors, maintenance projects, and community inspections.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORK CONDITIONS
- Regular travel between portfolio communities required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for board meetings and community events. -
