At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Site Services Support (Custodian/Cleaning) to work with a leading manufacturing company in Lexington. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment for our team.

Shift Patterns

• Available to work Monday through Sunday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
• Typically a five-day workweek, but weekend work is required when overtime is in place.
• At present, overtime is occurring virtually every weekend and is mandatory for this role.
• We are looking for a candidate interested in regular overtime, but who can remain flexible if that overtime decreases in the future.

Pay Rates

• 16.75 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Site Services Support (Custodian/Cleaning)

• 1 year of experience in Site Services Support (Custodian/Cleaning) is preferred.

Desirable Requirements for Site Services Support (Custodian/Cleaning)

• Facility sanitation: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and shampooing floors.
• Deep cleaning and sanitizing restrooms while restocking supplies.
• Strong communication skills, physical stamina, ability to stand for extended periods, and proficiency with commercial cleaning machinery.
