Key Qualifications

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Flexible availability to work mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and changing schedules
  • Ability to maintain operational standards for quality, safety, cleanliness, and cash handling
  • At least six months of customer service experience, with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Six months or more in a role where you directed or coordinated the tasks of others
  • Experience preparing food and beverages and customizing orders per guest requests
