The Deli Manager is a dynamic leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of deli operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This role requires a strong understanding of food services, restaurant management, and sales, coupled with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. The Deli Manager is expected to foster a positive work environment through effective coaching, training and development, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety. This position requires travel to assist any Cosentino's Deli Departments. Requires any candidate for consideration to work any shift, weekends, and holidays. Catering experience is helpful.
