Business Development Representative
Location: Northern New Jersey | Type: Full-time | Schedule: Monday–Friday
About the Role
IVX Health is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growth by generating new referral opportunities. In this role, you will engage healthcare providers and administrative teams, helping expand access to IVX services while partnering closely with field-based sales leaders.

What You’ll Do
Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and digital channels to specialty practices
Identify and engage office administrators, referral coordinators, and clinical staff
Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development Managers across assigned markets
Manage inbound leads (web, phone, and other channels) with timely follow-up and routing
Document all activity in CRM systems, including outreach, pipeline status, and engagement outcomes
Maintain organized follow-up cadences to build and nurture referral relationships
Communicate service updates and value propositions to prospective referral sources
Meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach activity, meetings scheduled, and opportunity generation
Collaborate with Area Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies
Represent IVX Health professionally and in alignment with compliance and ethical standards
What You Bring
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–2 years of experience in:
Sales development (SDR/BDR)
Inside sales or lead generation
Customer engagement roles
Experience using CRM tools to track pipeline and outreach
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Results-driven mindset with the ability to influence and build relationships
Preferred
Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or healthcare services sales
Familiarity with specialty practices and referral workflows
Experience supporting field sales teams through appointment setting or lead qualification
Pay is based on factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and is benchmarked against similar organizations in our size and industry. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the posted range, as compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. In addition to cash pay, full-time regular employees are eligible for commissions/bonus, 401(k), health benefits, and other company-provided benefits.

$87,500 $93,750 USD
