Love working with kids but need a flexible schedule? Join O2B Kids as a Substitute Teacher and jump into classrooms when it works for you!
O2B Kids is part of O2B Early Education, which began in Gainesville, FL in 1998 and has grown to serve families across multiple states, with many additional locations on the horizon.
If you’re interested in working in the early education field but can’t commit to a consistent Monday–Friday full-time schedule, we may have the perfect opportunity for you! We are looking for substitute teachers who enjoy working with children and are available to support our schools on an as-needed basis.
This flexible role allows you to pick up shifts when you’re available while gaining valuable experience in early childhood education. You may find yourself helping in classrooms with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, or pre-K students depending on the needs of the school that day.
No two days are the same as a substitute, but every day you’ll help create a positive, engaging environment where young children can learn, explore, and have fun.
The ideal candidate has specific days of open availability, consistent blocks of morning availability, or consistent blocks of afternoon availability.
